Established in 2015, Arnett & Lin Consultants is engaged with a variety of projects related to inventory optimization and NATO codification/ US Federal cataloging. We also specialize in helping foreign companies who want to bid for US Government contracts in registering SAM.gov, including translation services, and assist awarded contractors to prepare for all documentation/ data to meet government contract requirements.

Our team has over decades of experiences and knowledge in US government business process and NATO Codification System which have been adopted by 28 NATO countries and 44 Partnership for Peace (PfP) countries. We also specialize in helping foreign companies register and renew their SAM.
